* APPRECIATE* means Fully recognize

Last week, exactly on 20th of this month, I received a letter from London Met University(which currently i m studying in). It said according to the record, I didn't pay my last part of tuition by 30th of April. Furthermore, It was warning me that "you should appreciate that it would bring negative impact on your further academy course". Such a fun that actually I payed my tuition on time and that was the system in university couldn't read the information about my debit payment.
They made a mistake and the result went to me directly. Put me in trouble of using student ID card as couldn't get into university, and get the unpleasant letter from Income office head. I could ignore all of this. but why I have to.
As a result, I really want to say that the letter from University office should be more friendly. University is the place that teach not only ability but also manner to student. If they want to partly get support from international students as they pay full tuition, they should be more alert on their speech. Also do their work more effectively that reduce such mistakes which bring a lot of problem to both University stuffs and students.
